Doors will open at 6pm sharp and will close promptly at 10pm.

Yes - there will be a complimentary cloakroom available to all attendees.
All guests will require their entry tickets along with their table booking where applicable. Students will also require their Student ID containing the expiration date. Under 18s must also bring their IDs.
Smoking will not be permitted at the venue.
Guests will not be allowed to bring alcohol into the venue.

Want more than the VIP Experience, then book a VVIP table which will guarantee you a Sapphire experience like no other. You will have all the perks of a VIP, as well as first access to whichever table you like, an artiste-signed autograph gift and access to more exclusive perks.
The Standard/VIP/VVIP tables need to be booked by ONLY ONE PERSON in your party and this reservation will then be valid for up 10 people in total, there is no minimum number, but 5 at a table is advised. We will email you prior to the event asking for the 10 names in your group as well as their ticket references along with a table plan to choose a table. Note that tickets for a particular table can be made from separate bookings.
Yes, you will still need an accompanying entry ticket. A table booking will NOT be sufficient to attend the event.
No, unauthorised photography/videography will not be permitted at the event.
All food will be Halal and vegetarian options will be available. Please contact us directly for more information regarding allergens or dietary requirements.
Unreserved tables will be available for guests to choose from when you arrive on a first come first serve basis. We recommend reserving tables to guarantee your whole party can be seated together.
